This trip starts from Chengdu and ends in Beijing, Chengdu is an unbeaten city for most foreingers,Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan province,one of the most populace provices in China,Chengdu has a history of more than 2,500 years,And it is one of the most famous cities in China.In ancient times,Chengdu was the capital of the kingdom of silkworms,and about 2,500 years,the kingdom was named Shu.In Weatern Han Dynasty,about 2,000 years ago,because every family in Chengdu produce Brocade,Chengdu was also named the city of Brocade,In Tang Dynasty of about 800 years ago,people in every corner of Chengdu planted Hibiscus trees.So Chengdu was also named city of Hibiscus.Since then,the first offical school was founded in Chengdu in 156BC. Even now,Chengdu is still the cultural,economical and trade center of Southwest part of China.

Day 1 Chengdu Arrival
Arrival in Chengdu by KL891 from Amsterdam,be met by the tour guide from CTE and then transfer to the hotel, free for the rest of the day.

Day 2 Chengdu-Panda base-Dujiangyan-Chengdu
Drive to the Research Center of Giant Panda Breeding in the morning about 8 Kms north to Chengdu downtown where you can have a vist of the pandas born by artificial insemmination, then go to the Dujiangyan irrigation systemin the afternoon to study this project wonder. Transfer back to Chengdu after the sightseeing thereon

Day 3 Chengdu-Leshan-Mt.emei
Today, we will see another world cultural and natural heritage Leshan Grand Buddha and Mt.Emei. Leshan Grand Buddha is the world largest buddha statue with a history of 1200 years. It is a 2-hour ride to Leshan, After the sightseeing in Leshan we will go to Mt.emei for overnight

Day 4 Mt.emei-Chengdu
Visit Mt.Emei today. It is one of the four holy buddhist mountains in China boasting for not only its buddhist culture but also the natural scenery and geological diversity.Take the sightseeing bus to Wannian monastery parking lot where the cable car to the great temple(Wannian Temple) is available.Walk down the hill through Qingyin pavilion, the Monkey inhabitance area until you get to Wuxiangang bus station, take the bus down to the foot of the mountain and transfer back to Chengdu.

Day 5 Chengdu-Xi'an
Transfer to Chengdu airport and catch the flight to Xi'an in the morning. Meet the tour guide from CTE at Xi'an Xianyang airport, then ancient city wall built in the Ming dynasty in the afternoon.

Day 6 Xian sightseeing
Drive to the Terra Cotta Warriors in the morning.It was a large warrior and horse format built in China's Qin dynasty of 2000 years ago. Each of the terra cotta depicts a horse or a soldier vividly.In the afternoon, we will visit the Wild Goose Pagoda and Shaanxi provincial musem together with the ancient city wall to be impressed by this historic city.

Day 7 Xi'an-Beijing
Take the flight to Beijing, met by TCE tour guide and go to visit the Summer palace, a royal garden served as a summer resort for the emperors and their families. Then drive to the hotel.

Day 8 Beijing sightseeng
Visit the great wall at Badaling-another wonder created by chinese, climb the great wall as far as you can.In the afternoon, we will go to visit Tiananmen square which witnessed the great political events. Then sightseeing of the forbidden city served as the administrative and residential site of the Ming and Qing Dynasty. The rickshaw Hutong tour will give you a chance to see the ordinary citizen.

Day 9 Beijing sightseeing
Visit the the Ming tombs where 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty were buried.The stone animals along the scared alley is another attraction with high historical and art value. The afternoon will be spent by a visit to the Temple of Heaven which is a shrine for the emperors to sacrifice the heaven for good harvests.

Day 10 Beijing departure
Transfer to Beijing airport and catch the flight KL898 at 11:40 to Amsterdam, end tour.
