6. Tips 1.Visa:
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
2.Travel Health:
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people.
3. Baggage Allowance:
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

4. China Travel Insurance:
Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel
5. Complaints:
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour.

6. Tour Booking:
You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions.

7. Cancellation Refunds
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months.
B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise:
The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise.

8. God’s act :
Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. 1.The above tour departs daily;
2.No child rates will be offered;
3.TE guide will contact you the day before the seat-in-coach tour starts;
4.Please be noted that prices are subject to change without prior notice;
5.TE reserves the right to adjust the itinerary prior to departure;
6.Reservation should be made 14 days before departure date;
7.No changes or cancellation can be made 7 days before departure date;
8.100% cancellation fee will be made for all confirmed bookings．
9.Please take your passport with you, if there have problems you will take all the responsibility.
10.If the accident leads loss of tourists’ property or cause tourists injured, then we will do according to 《The law of transportation in People’s Repblic Of China 》.

Day 1 Arrival/Beijing

Upon your arrival at Beijing airport, TE guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Day 2 Beijing

Today you will first visit the historic Tiananmen Square, ramble by the largest city square in the world. and then enter the magnificent Forbidden City. which is used to be the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years, In the afternoon, you will visit The Summer Palace of the Qing Dynasty.

Day 3 Beijing

Today's full-day excursion will take you to the most famous symbol of China - Great Wall(Mutianyu section), and the only underground tomb of the thirteen Imperial Ming tombs ever excavated. depart from Ding Tomb, Enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

Day 4 Beijing-Guilin

Day 5 Guilin-Yangshuo

After breakfast, drive to Zhujiang Pier (about 40-minute drive) to start the boat cruise along the tranquil Li River, the highlight of your sightseeing tour in Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo County. After checking in the hotel in Yangshuo, enjoy cycling tour along the road in Yangshuo.

Day 6 Yangshuo-Guilin-Shanghai

Today, drive back to Guilin (1.5-hour drive) and have a city tour of the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave before your transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival at Shanghai, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Day 7 Shanghai

Today, your full-day excursion of incredible Shanghai will include: the biggest Shanghai Museum, the Jade Buddha Temple, the Bund and the Nanjing Road, enjoy the beautiful landscape of Yu Garden and different snacks and trinkets in Yuyuan Market.

Day 8 Shanghai

You will have a free day today to explore this modern city by yourself.

Day 10 Mt.Huang

After breakfast, drive 69 kilometers to famous Huangshan Scenic Area and take cable car to the top of the mountain. After check-in and lunch, you will tour Begin-to-Believe Peak, Brush Pen Peak and Lion Peak, the Cloud Dispelling Pavilion, etc. Stay overnight at the summit.

Day 11 Mt.Huang-Shanghai

Try to get up early in the morning to catch the magical sunrise at Huangshan. After breakfast, descend first by foot down the western side of the mountain. Along the way you will see Flying Rock, climb over the Brightness Apex--the second highest peak on Huangshan and Turtle Peak, pass the Lotus Peak(climb up it only when you feel energetic and strong enough)--Huangshan's highest peak, on the top of which you will get panoramic views of Huangshan. After all the strenuous exercise, take the cable car down to the foot of Huangshan, where our driver will meet you and help you transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon you arrive at Shanghai, our local guide meet you and escort you to the hotel.

Day 12 Shanghai/Exit
