Crossing throughout Ganzi and Aba from a lower elevation to high plateau, tourists can see everything of the plateau scenery. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. 2.Travel Health: Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people. 3. Baggage Allowance: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft. 4. China Travel Insurance: Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel 5. Complaints: Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. 6. Tour Booking: You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions. 7. Cancellation Refunds We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise: The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise. 8. God’s act : Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. 1.The temperature varies greatly and sunshine can be very strong, please bring jackets, sunburn cream, medicine for altitude sickness etc. 2.As we travel in Tibet area where the economy much more backward than other place, the diversity food is limited,so we suggest you order food by yourself or take some solid food.Most of local restaurant only can offer the simple Sichuan and Tibetan Dish. 3.The price is just for 1 bed in a standard room, if you want to occupy a whole room you should pay the single supplement for the other bed. 4. It's likely that you'll suffer from a headache and shortness of breath upon your arrival in alpine area -- they are both common signs of altitude sickness. Other visitors have complained of sleeplessness, fatigue, and even vomiting. So take it easy, and let yourself get acclimated to the altitude your first days , certainly before you venture to any higher altitudes. Altitude sickness pills called Diamox (acetazolamide) can also help; they can be taken a few hours before your arrival Most visitors get through the trip with just a few minor symptoms, and cases of altitude sickness typically go away after a couple of days. There are a few danger signs, however, such as a deep liquidlike cough accompanied by a fever, that you should watch out for that may indicate your case is more serious. 5.We suggest you don`t go outside of your hotel during the night. 6.Most of the time you will enjoy the beautiful views in the car, and the driving hours are very long in this tour. 7.Tourists should take the high plateau altitude into consideration, if unexpected accident(injury, death etc.) happen, the Insurance Company will compensate according to the regulations not our company. 8.Aba and Ganzi prefecture is short of water, some hotels can not provide enough hot water for bathing but you won`t have problems in cleaning your face. 9.10.Prices and Itinerary are valid 2008, but may vary according to your travel time and tour availability (e.g.: China special events time such as F1, Canton fair; Chinese holiday periods: April 30th - May 7th, Sep 30th to Oct 7th, and Chinese New Year period which usually falls in January and Olympiad games.) 10.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room. 11.Health consultation from your doctor before you come to highland(Over than 3000M)....... Day 1 Chengdu-Ya'an-Mt. Erlang-Kangding
Depart Chengdu at approximately 13:00 o"clock, cross Ya'an, Mt. Erlang tunnel and Luding, en route see the Mt. Erlang and Dadu River, the drive duration costs 7-8 hours for the 300km. Overnight in Kangding Transportation hotel or Kangding hotel

Day 2 Kangding-Mt. Zheduo-Xindu Bridge-Yajiang
Depart Kangding after breakfast, cross the Mt. Zheduo at a elevation of 4200m, visit the Xindu Bridge which famed for the scenery, and pass the Mt. Gaoershi, arrive Yajiang in the afternoon. Approximately 6 hours drive with 150km tarred road, overnight in Yjiang hotel, one of the best local hotels (after a major redecoration, the rooms are precisely reached 2-3 star hotel standard, air-conditioned and with independent water closet), the elevation of day 1 and day 2 are fairly low for making tourists adapt with the forthcoming higher

Day 3 Yajiang-Litang-Daocheng-Riwa (Shangrila) village
Drive to Daocheng after breakfast, cross the Mt. Jianziwan, Mt. Kaizila and Litang, Daocheng grassland, see the famous Mt. Haizi. In this route, we see the spectacular Sichuan-Tibet Highway, snow mountain, plateau glacier and grassland. There is approximately 6-7 hours drive for the Yajiang to Daocheng 300km road, besides the 40km gravel road of Litang - Daocheng, the rest is all tarred. Daocheng - Riwa (Shangrila) village, although 80km gravel road, however the roadbed is perfect, it drives approximately 1.5 hours. Overnight in local Tibetan style guesthouse, 2-4 people a room not air-conditioned and independent water closet equipped

Day 4 Riwa village-Chonggu Temple-Luorong Pasture-Daocheng
After breakfast, drive to the portal of Yading Nature Reserve, horse-riding to Chonggu Temple, see the scenery of Chonggu Temple and holy peak Xiannairi, and continued ride to Luorong Pasture, see the another holy peak Yangmaiyong, Xiannairi and Luorong Pasture (the round horse-riding cost exclude, approximately RMB130/p.p), back the Yading village after lunch, then drive back to Daocheng, overnight in one of the best hotel of Yading - Yading hotel (3 star-standard hotel, new built in May, 2003)

Day 5 Daocheng - Xiangcheng - Zhongdian
After breakfast, drive approximately 10 hours to Xiangcheng, Zhongdian, all gravel and concrete road for approximately 10 hours drive, etc

Day 6 Drive to Lijiang after Zhongdian one-day tour
Drive to Zhongdian after breakfast, visit Shuduhu Lake, Napahai Nature Reserve, Yila Grassland and Gedan Songzanlin Monastery, later drive to Tiger Leaping Gorge, and see the upper side of the gorge. Transfer to Lijiang 200km ahead, tarred road, overnight in Lijiang hotel.

Day 7 Lijiang one-day tour

Day 8 Lijiang - End the tour
Visit the old town of Dali, Foreigner Street, town gate, Three Pagoda Temple, Cangshan Mountain by ropeway, overnight in Dali 3 star hotel, Cangshan Hotel, Mingzhu (Pearl) Hotel. End tour, tourists continue their travel to Kunming or Lijiang, we can reserve flight ticket or accommodations for you
