Tips to guides and drivers, suggested tip to guides: 15USD for per day for each two persons, suggest tip to drivers: 12USD for per day for each two persons. 1.Visa: All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. 2.Travel Health: Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people. 3. Baggage Allowance: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft. 4. China Travel Insurance: Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel 5. Complaints: Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. 6. Tour Booking: You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions. 7. Cancellation Refunds We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise: The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise. 8. God抯 act : Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. 1. Our travel agency will refund the sightseeing entrance fee to you if there is any natural disaster which is out of control by mankind, such as flood, landslide happened during the tour, trekking tour, bike tour. Others tour cost such as van, guide service, etc, which is no refund, there is penalty for hotel cancellation. 100% penalty for hotel cancellation specially in Chinese public holidays. 2. Day 1 Arrive in Kunming
Meet you in Kunming airport, transfer to hotel. City tour if time is possible. Overnight in Kunming Hotel.

Day 2 Kunming-Lijiang
Drive to Lijiang, visit the Dali Ancient Town on the way, then get to Lijiang. Transfer to Hotel. Visit the Lijiang Shu He Ancient Town by cycles this evening.

Day 3 Lijiang sightseeing
Lijiang Ancient Town tour by bike today, visit the Lijiang Square Street. Visit the Baisha Mural by bikes. Same Hotel.

Day 4 Lijiang-Qiaotou-Tiger Leaping Gorge-Halfway Hostel
Morning drive to town Qiaotou, trekking 7-8 hours from upper trail of Tiger Leaping Gorge to Bendiwan, Half Way Hostel, the tiger Leaping Gorge is one of the deepest canyons of the world, famous in the world for its majesty grotesquery. Overnight in Half Way Hostel.

Day 5 Halfway-Tina's--Walnut Grove-Haba
Trekking 3-4 hours to Tina's Guest House 8 km, after lunch in Tina's Guest House, bike to Walnut Grove,
Optional trekking route:
a), trek along the road, 2km to trek to Walnut Grove. It is a light trekking, you could choose this route if you fell tired after a long trekking this morning.
b), Down step along the Teacher Zhang's Family path to get to the lowest trail, then trek along the Yangtzer River for 3-4 hours, you will pass by the ray of sunlight. This part of route is one of the most risk hiking. You could choose it if you do not fell tired. If you are very used to trekking. Please give up it if it is rain season. The suite time on Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Otc, Nov, Dec. it takes 3 hours trekking.
Get to Walnut Grove, after pass by Slide Stone Block, 5km, start from Daju to ride bicycles, trip by cycling, up to the mountain for 15-20km by cycling, get to Village Haba, enjoy the beautiful scenery around the Haba Snow Mountain. Haba Snow Mountain is 120km from Shangri-la, snow-clapped all year round, abundant with all kinds of rare and precious animals and plants, elevation of the main peak is 5396 m, Stay at Snow Sea Guesthouse where you will see the snow peak in the courtyard.
Stay tonight at Haba Snow Sea Guesthouse.
Optional trekking route:

Day 6 Haba-Shangri-la
Morning trip to Sanba Village by bike, 10-15km by bikes, 20-25km's by minis bus down to the mountain, be careful by bikes down to mountain, visit the Baishuitai ( white Water Terrace), it is at an elevation of 2680 meters. Minerals in the spring water deposit down and form a white rock like clay with water running down over it, such view covers an area of three square kilometers. On its top, the view is superb and here is a holy prilgrimage place for the locals such as the Naxi people. After lunch, 30km's by cycling, then drive 70km's to Shangri-la. Overnight in local hotel,

Day 7 Shangri-la sightseeing
Visit the Shangri-la Ancient Town by bike, Songzang Ling Lama Temple.

Day 8 Shangri-la-Kunming
Take morning flight back to Kunming, visit the Western Pagodas and Eastern Pagodas. Departure Kunming.
