1.The economy-class airfare of China flights as specified in the itinerary. 2.The hotel/cruise accommodation is based on two persons sharing one standard twin room/cabin with private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single client requests a twin room/cabin alone, the single room/cabin supplement will be charged. 3. For the land tour in each city, daily American breakfast is served in the hotel, and Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with two cups of soft drink outside the hotel. All meal arrangements are served as the itinerary specifies. 4. On the cruise daily American breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The beverage arrangements are subject to policies of different cruise companies. 5.The cruise shore excursion in groups and daily activities are subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company and subject to change without prior notice. 6.Private transfers for you and the group between airports, hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges. 7.One private English-speaking guide and driver will accompany you on all normal sightseeing tours in each city. 8.Admission fees applicable. 9.The Tibet Travel Permit application fee applicable if your tour includes Tibet. 10.Chinese government taxes and the city construction fees applicable to your travel are included. 11.Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance with the tour inside China. 1.The air charge of arrival in the first city of the tour and departure from the last city of the tour. 2.Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges. 1.Visa: All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. 2.Travel Health: Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people. 3. Baggage Allowance: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft. 4. China Travel Insurance: Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel 5. Complaints: Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. 6. Tour Booking: You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions. 7. Cancellation Refunds We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise: The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise. 8. God’s act : Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. |
Day 1 Arrive in Kunming
Be met by the tour guide when you arrive in Kunming, then transfer to the hotel,free visit in the rest of the day.

Day 2 Kunming - Stone Forest - Kunming
After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan county to visit the Stone Forest. Back to Kunming in the afternoon. Visit the Golden Temple.
-Stone Forest: The most remarkable natural phenomena. It consists of innumerable bizarre shaped ancient limestone cliffs and peaks created by wind and water erosion some 270 million years ago.
-Golden Temple: A Daoist temple, the main building of which is cast entirely in bronze weighing about 280 tons.

Day 3 Kunming - Dali
Take morning flight to Dali. Have a cruise in the Erhai Lake, on the boat, you'll enjoy the unique Three-course-tea of local ethnic Bai people and their dancing and singing performance.
In the afternoon, visit Bai people's Tie Dying Cloth with Wax, villages of Bai People with traditional architecture courtyard in Xizhou Township, the Three Pagodas in the Chong Sheng Temple and Dali Ancient City.
-Erhai Lake: One of the seven biggest fresh water lakes in China and the largest highland lake next to Dianchi Lake (in Kunming). So it was called "Plateau Pearl". The dimension is 41.5 km. by 6.9 km. The total storage capacity is 3 billion cubic metres and its elevation 1,972 metres.
-Bai people: The Bai people have a long history and well-developed culture. 80% of the population of 1.39 million live in the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture around the Erhai Lake with exquisite scenery. The Bai people have their own spoden language but do not have a written one.
-Three Pagodas: Between Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, the Three Pagodas stand like the legs of a huge tripod. In the time of Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms, Chongshengsi Monastery was the largest monastery in this area and the Three Pagodas were only a part of it.
-Dali Ancient City: A historically and culturally famous city of China, is renowned for her historical interest, and an important pass of the ancient "Silk Route of the South".

Day 4 Dali - Lijiang
Drive 3.5 hours to Lijiang. Visit the Black Dragon Pool in Yuquan Park and Lijiang Ancient Town.
-Black Dragon Pool: As the water is as green and lucid as jade, the pond is also entitled "Yuquan" or Jade Fountain. On the bank of the pond willows hang their withes like silk thread. One can see arbours and pavilions beside the pond, temples hidden in the trees and variegated flowers found everywhere.
-Lijiang Ancient Town: The county town of Lijiang is also called Dayanzhen, famous for its scientific architectural layout. Crisscrossed by crystal-clear rivers and meandering cobbled streets, it has a high research value and is a treasure in the field of urban construction in China.
-Black Dragon Pool: As the water is as green and lucid as jade, the pond is also entitled "Yuquan" or Jade Fountain. On the bank of the pond willows hang their withes like silk thread. Day 5 Lijiang sightseeing
Visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the Baisha Murals, the 600 year old Ten Thousand Blossom Camellia Tree at the Yufeng Lama Temple and villages of Naxi people.
-Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: The much famed mountain is situated some 15 km. north of Lijiang County, with thirteen peaks resembling jade pillars holding the sky, it stands majestically on the east side of the Jinshajiang River. The main peak, Mount Fan (Shanzifeng), is 5,596 m. above sea level, and is annually snowcapped.
-Baisha Murals: Lijiang's murals are works of the Ming Dynasty, chiefly created from the Hongwu to the Wanli eras. They were originally distributed among the Juexiansi Temple and twelve others, nine of which fell to ruins. The remaining four temples have altogether 55 murals, with a total area of 139.22 sq. m.
-Ten Thousand Blossom Camellia Tree: The tree is as old as over 500 years. Around the day when spring begins, the flowers also begin to vie in beauty and around the day when summer begins, they fade away.
Naxi people: Naxi literature is rich in form and content. Besides works by Naxi scholars and writers, there is a repository of oral folk literature.

Day 6 Lijiang
Tour to the Tiger Leaping Gorge and the First bend of the Yangtze River.
-Tiger Leaping Gorge: One of the longest, deepest and narrowest gorges in the world.
-First bend of the Yangtze River: The upper reaches of the Yangtze River is named the Jinsha River, which originates from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The Jinsha River flowed southward along the Hengduan Mountain ranges and was forced to the turn to north because of the Alpine movements which caused changes in the earth's physiognomy. When the river reaches Shigu Township, it makes an abrupt turn and flows further northward, forming the rare V-shape bend.

Day 7 Lijiang - Lugu Lake
Drive 6.5 hours to the Lugu Lake. Visit the Mosuo families, enjoy Mosuo food. Have a bonfire party tonight, dance with the pretty and graceful Mosuo girls.
-Lugu Lake: A shimmering pearl which is the native place of "The Females' Kingdom" composed of the Mosuo people, a unique matriarchate well-preserved by the indigenous Mosuo people, who are a branch of the Naxi ethnic minority group.

Day 8 Lugu Lake - Lijiang
Have a cruise in the Lugu lake by "pig-trough" boats". The water of the lake is generally clean and green, with different shades of colour: now turquoise blue, now sapphire blue, now white-gray, simply beyond one's imagination. Teeming in the lake are fine-scaled fish, carps and other species. Visit the Liwubi Island and the Headman's Island. Drive back to Lijiang in the afternoon.

Day 9 Lijiang - Kunming
Take morning flight to Kunming. Tour to the Dragon Gate in Western Hills, then visit the Grand-view Park and Bird & Flower market.
-Western Hills: Located at the west bank of the Dianchi Lake, is set in mountains well covered by evergreen woods and filled with sweet songs by lovely birds, perfect for hiking. Dragon Gate consists of the Sanqing Temple Complex and the Dragon Gate Grotto Complex.
