Besides of the natural scemeru,the other most attractive part of Yunnan is the folklore and culture of the 25 minority people. It's rare to see so many minority peoples living harmoniously in one province. Majestic and colorful are frequently used words to describe people's life in Yunnan... Yunnan 1.The economy-class airfare of China flights as specified in the itinerary. 2.The hotel/cruise accommodation is based on two persons sharing one standard twin room/cabin with private facilities in all relevant locations. If a single client requests a twin room/cabin alone, the single room/cabin supplement will be charged. 3.For the land tour in each city, daily American breakfast is served in the hotel, and Chinese lunch and/or dinner will be served with two cups of soft drink outside the hotel. All meal arrangements are served as the itinerary specifies. 4.On the cruise daily American breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The beverage arrangements are subject to policies of different cruise companies. 5.The cruise shore excursion in groups and daily activities are subject to the arrangements made by the cruise company and subject to change without prior notice. 6.Private transfers for you and the group between airports, hotels and all sightseeing spots. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges. 7.One private English-speaking guide and driver will accompany you on all normal sightseeing tours in each city. 8.Admission fees applicable. 9.The Tibet Travel Permit application fee applicable if your tour includes Tibet. 10.Chinese government taxes and the city construction fees applicable to your travel are included. 11.Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance with the tour inside China. 1.The air charge of arrival in the first city of the tour and departure from the last city of the tour. 2.Expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, drink, telex, telephone calls or excess baggage charges. 1.Visa: All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. 2.Travel Health: Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people. 3. Baggage Allowance: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft. 4. China Travel Insurance: Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel 5. Complaints: Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. 6. Tour Booking: You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions. 7. Cancellation Refunds We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise: The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise. 8. God’s act : Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. |
Day 1 Arrival in Kunming
Upon your arrival, our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Visit the Bamboo Monastery.
-Bamboo Monastery: A Tang Dynasty (618-907 A.D.) temple known for its Arhat statues, is the most famous of Kunming's temples. The present Bamboo temple was rebuilt in the Guangxu Era (1833 to 1890).

Day 2 Kunming - Stone Forest -Kunming
After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan county to visit the Stone Forest. Back to Kunming in the afternoon. Visit the Golden Temple.
-Stone Forest: The most remarkable natural phenomena. It consists of innumerable bizarre shaped ancient limestone cliffs and peaks created by wind and water erosion some 270 million years ago.
-Golden Temple: A Daoist temple, the main building of which is cast entirely in bronze weighing about 280 tons.

Day 3 Kunming - Xinping
Drive from Kunming to Xinping. Visit Mt. Mopan Forest Park, villages of Yi and Hani minority people.

Day 4 Xinping - Yuanjiang
Drive from Xinping to Yuanjiang. Visit villages of Dai minority people.

Day 5 Yuanjiang - YuanYang
Drive from Yuanjiang to YuanYang, visit villages of Miao minority people.

Day 6 Yuanyang sightseeing
Drive to Duo Yi Shu in the morning, see the sunrise at the terraced-fields. Visit the spectacular terraced-fields at Quanfu Zhuang and Jinkou Village. After lunch, visit terraced-fields at Laohu Zui, Baoshan Zhai and Bada.

Day 7 Yuanyang - Jianshui
Drive from Yuanyang to Jianshui, enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road. Visit the Family Zu's Garden and the famous Confucius Temple.
-Family Zu's Garden: This grand complex is a typical local residence with distinctive features, it has a total area of 20,000 square meters and a floor space of 5,000 square meters, precious ancient architectures of hundred of years are perfectly preserved here.
-Jianshui Confucius Temple: The biggest temple in Yunnan Province, built in the 22nd year of the Zhiyuan era of the Yuan Dynasty (1285).
-Family Zu's Garden: This grand complex is a typical local residence with distinctive features, it has a total area of 20,000 square meters and a floor space of 5,000 square meters, precious ancient architectures of hundred of years are perfectly preserved here.

Day 8 Jianshui - Kunming
Drive from Jianshui to Kunming, on the way, visit the beautiful Fuxian Lake in Chengjiang County.
-Fuxian Lake: At an altitude of 1,750 meters, waters with a depth of 153 meters, Fuxian is the second deepest lake in Yunnan, An old story goes that an unknown old city of ancient "Yunnan Kingdom" had sunk deep at the bottom of the Fuxian Lake millennia years ago. enjoy a delicious fish lunch.

Tour to the Dragon Gate in Western Hills, then visit the Grand-view Park. Transfer to the airport for your departure, end of service.
-Western Hills: Located at the west bank of the Dianchi Lake, is set in mountains well covered by evergreen woods and filled with sweet songs by lovely birds, perfect for hiking. Dragon Gate consists of the Sanqing Temple Complex and the Dragon Gate Grotto Complex.
-Grand-view Park: A beautiful lake-side park that was completed in 1690 during the Qing Dynasty, known for its longest antithetical couplet in China.
