Day 1  Kunming
Arrive in Kunming, meet the local guide and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon take a visit to Bamboo Temple where you can see “the sculpture treasure of Orient” – 500 colorful clay Buddhas which were made 100 years ago.

Day 2  Kunming
One day tour visit Stone Forest. A typical Karst formation, the Stone Forest covers an area of more than three hundred square kilometers. Scientific research has shown that what is now the Stone Forest was 270 million years ago an immense expanse of water with a vast stretch of limestone sediment formed over the years on the seafloor. As a result of the crustal movement, the seabed rose gradually and a large piece of land thus came into being. Exposed to rains and winds, eroded by the elements, the strange-looking limestone ranges were shaped by time. About 200 million years ago numerous stone peaks, pillars, and stalagmites rose abruptly from the ground and towered into the sky, extending now as far as the eye can see, looking like a vast forest of stone, hence the name "the Stone Forest". In the evening try Mushroom Hot Pot as dinner.

Day 3  Chuxiong
In the morning we begin our Burma Road Trip. Drive from Kunming to Chuxiong ( about 220km by old Burma Road ).

Day 4  Dali
In the morning drive from Chuxiong to Dali ( about 200km by Old Burma Road ).

Day 5  Erhai Lake-Cangshan
Morning cruise on Erhai Lake, is the largest highland lake next to Dianchi and one of the seven biggest fresh water lakes in the China. It means, “sea shaped like and ear” in Chinese. Implying that the lake is ear shaped and as large as a sea, hence it was so named. The lake coves an area of 250 square kilometers and is located about two kilometers east of Dali. In the afternoon visit Three Pagodas which known as the Chongsheng Santa and situated on top of the ruins of Chongsheng Monastery, the Three Pagodas lie one kilometer northwest of Dali and located on the slope of Mount Cangshan.

Day 6  Baoshan
In the morning visit Xizou Morning Market, Bai Nationality Village. Then drive from Dali to Baoshan ( about 250km by Old Burma Road ).

Day 7  Ruili
In the morning drive from Baoshan to Ruili ( about 300km by Old Burma Road ). When arrival, sightseeing in Ruili, where you can visit the Border Trading Market, Dai Minority Village and the Little Carriage Buddhism Temple that have lasted several hundred years. After dinner, you will visit the prosperous Night Market that is an attraction place of Ruili. There you will meet many businessmen from Burma, Laos, Thailand, India, Pakistan and Nepal. Many travelers come to this market to buy Jade products.

Day 8  Ruili
Today you will say goodbye to Chinese guide and meet the Burmese guide. End of service.
