All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Travel Every accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation. 2.Travel Health: Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. This is a necessary requirement because of the possible effects that the very high altitude may have on certain people. 3. Baggage Allowance: In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class, and 40kg for the first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft. 4. China Travel Insurance: Travel Every tour packages include China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $29,000 provided free of charge as part of our package. We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin. Insurance provided by Travel Every is not applicable where only hotel or China flight booking are purchased through New Travel 5. Complaints: Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Travel Every has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential similar problems happening again in the rest of your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Travel Every will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your tour. 6. Tour Booking: You can contact Travelevery via the web form from Travelevery email, fax, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Travelevery in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact New Travel customer service center phone at 86-28-66507781 immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry under the terms of our Terms and Conditions. 7. Cancellation Refunds We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to China, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Travelevery (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows: A. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure: 10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip within 18 months. B. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure: 10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. C. Cancellation received from 7 to 20 days before departure: 20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. D. Cancellation received from 3 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. E. Cancellation received from 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable. After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours. Special Notes For Yangtze River Cruise: The payment for the Yangtze River Cruise can not be refunded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise. 8. God’s act : Travelevery shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Travelevery 's control. Neither Travelevery nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. TravelEvery shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Travelevery. 1.In the route information below, we outline the rough waypoints, you may contact us and discuss the scenery spots you hope to visit, and we quote you according to your demand, as a tourist, thus you are enabled the most flexibility and making you route comfortable. 2.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room. 3.Health consultation from your doctor before you come to highland(Over than 3000M). 4.As we travel in Tibet area where the economy is much more backward than other places, the food alternative is limited,so we suggest you take some solid food. 5.Prices listed above are valid excluding the periods of Chinese and Tibetan New Year, May day holiday, China National Day holiday ,Tibetan Shoton Festival and other important Festival in Tibet which cause the big tour price change, an enquiry would be necessary for the exact tour price if you happened to travel during these periods.2.Minor program changes sometimes are necessary, depending on road conditions, weather and availability of room. 3.The group will go to fixed souvenir shops, while the private group can avoid this subject to your decision. 4.Health consultation from your doctor before you come to highland(Over than 3000M). 5.As we travel in Tibet area where the economy much more backward than other place, the food alternative is limited,so we suggest you order food by yourself or take some solid food.Most of local restaurant only can offer the simple Sichuan and Tibetan dishes....... |

Day 3: Lhasa Arrival
Arrive in Lhasa at 5:21Pm,be met by the driver and guide from CTE then drive to Lhasa city proper and check in the Hotel. Free and have a good rest, avoid extreme physical activity and sickness of high altitude.Dinner and supper by your self, overnight in Lhasa.

Day 4: Lhasa Urban Full Day Self Tour
Lhasa urban tour attraction: Potala Palace (RMB200), Norbulingka - the Summer Palace (RMB60), Jokhang Temple (RMB70), Barkhor Street, Ramoche temple (RMB25), Drepung Monastery (RMB55) and Sera Monastery (RMB55) are all located in Lhasa urban, the taxi in Lhasa is also cheap, about RMB10 to anywhere urban, or the rickshaw at RMB3-7. Overnight in Lhasa.
Tips: If you are not interested in the Tibetan temple, one temple can make you an overall impression, and taking photography only outside of the others is a good solution. However, the Barkhor Street is worth visiting, it is the Tibetan market, the vendors sell Tibetan handcraft, souvenir and daily commodities for local people. (Meal and transportation excluded, we charge RMB200 extra if you prefer to follow a tour group with Chineses-speaking tour guide to Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street.)

Day 5: Yangpachen Hot Spring & Mt. Nyainqentanglha
Full day guided sightseeing, drive from Lhasa to Yangpachen morning, the hot spring, to see the carpet-like grassland surround by and enjoy the hot spring, drive to Mt. Nyainqentanglha after lunch, and back Lhasa at evening. (Namtso might be included in today"s plan,RMB 450 excluded)

Day 6: Nyingchi - The Tibet Forest
Full day guided sightseeing, drive to Nyingchi, en route visit the calm forest and azalea valley, and see Mt. Namjabarwa (7787) the 15th summit of the world, transfer to a Nyingchi hotel.

Day 7: Back to Lhasa
Visit the forest and Basum Tso Lake, which famed as smart Swiss in Nyingchi, drive to Lhasa afternoon and transfer to hotel.
