Part of the Tours Reopen after the Earthquake

Approved by the National Tourism Administrative Bureau of China, the local government of Sichuan province restarts part of the tourism markets in Sichuan:

1.The following cities and prefectures were slightly affected during the earthquake.They are able to accept tour groups since Jun.15th. Below are the 13 cities and prefectures:

Zigong, Panzhihua, Luzhou, Shuining, Neijiang, Leshan, nanchong, Yibin, Guangan, Dazhou, Meishan, Ziyang and Liangshan Yi minority automomous prefecture. 

2. The tour market in Chengdu will fully reopen except for the few earthquake hit area such as Dujiangyang, Chongzhou, the Xiling Snow montain since Jun.15th so does the Bazhong prefecture except for Guangwu Shan scenic area.The scenic areas in Ya'an such as Bifengxia,Shangli old town, Mt.Zhougong hotspring, Mt. Mengding will fully reopen since Jun.15th. Meanwhile, 2 famous tours Chengdu-Hailuogou Glacier park and Chegndu-Danba will be restarted too.

3. The facilities of the earthquake hit area in Sichuan were heavily damaged and the top priority now, is to settle the victims and refugees. There is no timetable about when to restart the tours there. CTE will inform the visitors in time when there is any news.
