Beijing announces ticket prices for Olympic venues

The Olympic venues will open to the public during the Golden Week of National Day between September 28 and October 5, according to Beijing Tourism Bureau on Monday.

Venues, including the international zone at the Olympic Village, the National Stadium (the Bird’s Nest), the National Aquatics Center (the Water Cube) and the National Gymnasium will open to the tourists from home and abroad.

The venues will open from 9:00 to 21:00. There will be 80,000 tickets per day for the Bird's Nest, each costing CNY 50. Visiting the Water Cube will cost CNY 30 and there will be 12,000 tickets available per day during the weeklong National Day holiday.

20,000 tickets per day for the National Gymnasium will be available, each costing CNY 20. 8,000 people will be able to visit the international zone at the Olympic Village every day and each ticket will cost CNY 20.

The all inclusive ticket costs CNY 100 to have a package tour of the above venues.
